Under each there are various categories like Corporate governance, Sustainability, Projects and coorpertation oppurutnities; Corporate ethics; BIM competence ceter; Construction supervision; Work safety; Modern Work Environment to the public sector and others. Our goal was to create a modern web page that links all the communication, important and necessary information and is easy to work with for anyone who uses it. It is vitally important for informing the society of our current works, situations and competences provided by company. It is the official communication canal for SRE followed then by social media. The new webpage meets the requirements for a modern, up-to-date design and functionality. In category "All actual projects" we pay special attention to tell about the importance of cultural heritage, it's perseverance and enhancement, in details explaining what is currently happening in project, what is planned and how it will be achieved, as well adding some historical, important facts about the objects to educate the reader. Our business processes are transparent and we are dynamically evolving to strengthen the future competitiveness at the national, industry and company level, where the new webpage plays a key role. During the development of the website, statistics of the former SRE website were researched with the help of analytical tools, as well as preliminary identification and analysis of examples of the most successful websites in the industry (real estate management) and interviews with the target audience and employees. This was followed by the development of technical sketches (wireframes). Examples were developed with detailed, unique views of how the new website would look on both desktop and mobile devices. A wireframe was placed on the platform, which provided an opportunity to interactively test technical sketches, as well as internal tests were performed for users with special tasks to make the necessary corrections. The content was transferred using internal company resources, translation was outsourced.
